PRIVACY POLICY

When you use 1st BridgeHouse Securities, LLC as your broker-dealer you entrust us with your personal and financial data. We consider your data to be private and confidential, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of trust in their safekeeping and use. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;

  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, and

  • If you visit our web site and portal, we may collect information via a web server, often referred to as a “cookie.” (Cookies indicate where a site visitor has been online and what has been viewed).

 

 

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone other than affiliated companies of 1st BridgeHouse Securities, (1st BridgeHouse Consulting, LLC and eBarnRaiser,LLC) issuers, escrow agents, custodians, other brokerage firms and clearing firms (if required), except as permitted by law. Moreover, we will not release information about our customers or former customers unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • We receive your prior written consent.

  • We  know the recipient of the information to be you or your authorized representative.

  • We are required by law to release information to the recipient

 

 

We only use information about you and your account to help process your transactions and give advice, to help us better serve your investment needs, or to suggest services or educational materials that may be of interest to you. We advise you not to send personal non-public information to us in non-secure e-mails.

 

 

If you want to OPT OUT from allowing us to share information about you then you must do all of the following: (1) Send an email to our Compliance Department at Account@eBRCapital.com. (2) In the subject line please type in capital letters OPT OUT. (3) Please state that you want to opt out from sharing of information between our affiliated firms and/or if you want opt out of sharing you information with non-affiliated firms. Be aware our policy for all 1st BridgeHouse Securities affiliated companies is to NOT share information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes unless these parties are fully disclosed to you by us previously.

 

 

Confidentiality and Security

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal account information. We also restrict access to your personal and financial data to authorized 1st BridgeHouse Securities associates who have a need for these records. We require all nonaffiliated organizations to conform to our privacy standards and are contractually obligated to keep the information provided confidential and used as requested. Furthermore, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice even after your account is closed or becomes inactive. We will continue to conduct our business in a manner that conforms with our pledge to you, your expectations and all applicable laws.

 

 

Important Information You Need to Know about Opening a New Account

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

 

 

What types of information will I need to provide?

When you open an account, 1st BridgeHouse Securities collects the following information:

 

  • Name

  • Date of birth

  • Address (Not a P.O Box)

  • Identification number:

o   U.S. citizen: taxpayer identification number (Social Security number or employer identification number)

o   Non-U.S. citizen: taxpayer identification number; passport number and country of issuance; alien identification card number; or government-issued identification showing nationality, residence and a photograph of you.

  • You may also need to show your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

 

U.S. Department of the Treasury, Securities and Exchange Commission, and FINRA rules already require you to provide most of this information. These rules also may require you to provide additional information, such as your net worth, annual income, occupation, employment information, investment experience and objectives and risk tolerance.

 

 

What happens if I don’t provide the information requested or my identity can’t be verified?

We may not be able to open an account or carry out transactions for you.  If 1st BridgeHouse Securities already opened an account for you, we may have to close it.
