1st BridgeHouse provides registration services for both state registered and SEC registered investment advisors. Since our principals have extensive securities experience, including RIA management, we are able to offer substantial business advice on how to structure a company; establish an operations department; choose the clearing broker that best fits your business model and culture; negotiate a contract with the chosen clearing firm; and solve many other issues that are not strictly regulatory in nature. Our goal is to lift as much burden as possible from the shoulders of you and your staff.
Of course, we also provide all of the standard regulatory services of forming a registered investment advisor, including:
- Filing of Form ADV Parts I and II (and IA if the RIA is state registered)
- Creating Schedule F (and/or Schedule H)
- Providing Personalized Policies and Procedures
- Creating a Code of Ethics
- Filing of the appropriate registrations and entitlements with IARD
1st BridgeHouse will also act as the firm's liaison between the regulators and the firm during the approval process.
